Ashley Court is a family-run care home in the heart of Llanelli. For many years, we have supported older people with both residential and dementia (EMI) care. Our mission is simple: to provide a safe, welcoming home where every resident is treated as an individual and cared for with dignity and respect.
Our care home managers hold Level 5 qualifications in Social Care Management and Leadership, supported by a degree in Accountancy. Every member of our team is qualified to at least Level 2 in Social Care, ensuring residents receive professional, consistent, and compassionate support.

Our staff are the heart of Ashley Court. Every team member is carefully chosen for their skills and, most importantly, their caring nature. All staff are trained to at least Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with many holding higher qualifications. Ongoing training ensures we stay up to date with best practice in residential and dementia care.
We encourage teamwork and professional development, so residents benefit from a skilled, motivated, and consistent group of carers.
